Registration guidelines

Registration is required to participate in the event.

Internal DLR employees send their registration request to the Institute of Future Fuels office via contact form:
https://www.dlr.de/en/ff/about-us/contact-persons

BESL Eventagentur GmbH & Co.KG is the framework contract partner for participant registration including invoicing and collection of participant fees.

Online registration will close on 4 May 2025.

Following your registration, the system will generate an electronic confirmation of registration which will be automatically sent to the e-mail address entered by the user together with the invoice.

Registration fee

Payment

Payment of the registration fees is requested after receipt of a registration confirmation/invoice with your participant and invoice number. Payment will be processed through our external framework contract partner BESL.

Possible methods of payment:

1. bank transfer
2. credit card

Online it is possible to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Fees in the amount of € will be charged.

3. PAYPAL

Online it is possible to pay via PAYPAL.

Cancellation policy

Please send any changes or cancellations regarding your participation by e-mail to

helpdesk@besl-eventagentur.de

If the cancellation is received before 21 April 2025, an administration fee of 30% of the ticket price will be charged for each registered person. Refunds will only be made after the event.

For cancellations received after 21 April 2025, the participation fee will be charged in full and a refund is unfortunately no longer possible.
